On August 28th, 2024, Fenway Cares was awarded $50,000 to support their essential food service program, creating a significant impact right here in our community. This generous funding will help extend efforts to feed those in need, reflecting the deep commitment we all share to taking care of each other.
The day was bright and filled with hope, as Marie, the organizer from Fenway Cares, led the celebration alongside former State Representative Livingstone, Senator Brownsberger, and the Fenway Alliance.
Key community organizations, including the Fenway CDC, the Audubon Circle Neighborhood Association (ACNA), Fenway Civic Association (FCA), Fenway Community Center (FCC), Operation P.E.A.C.E., and the Peterborough Senior Center, also played vital roles in making this event a success.
As active and proud members of the Fenway Cares team, we were honored to contribute to this critical program that serves our community. This is what ReprezentU LLC is all about—capturing and celebrating the spirit of the community through our work.
ReprezentU stands for representing unity, inclusion, and the power of coming together to make a difference. My co-photographer, Altrenzo, and I had the privilege of capturing moments that beautifully documented the unity and shared commitment of everyone involved.
We are profoundly grateful to State Representative Jay Livingstone and State Senator William N. Brownsberger for their critical roles in securing this award. Special thanks to Jay Livingstone for his ongoing dedication to extending the food program at Fenway Cares.
