    Availability is confirmed upon inquiry. To reserve your date, a signed contract and a 50% deposit are required.

  • How do I book?

    Once your package and date are confirmed, a contract and deposit secure your event.

  • Will an attendant be present?

    Yes, a professional attendant manages the booth, assists guests, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

  • How many people can fit in the booth?

    BeYOU Booth: Fits 4 adults comfortably from the waist up, 4-5 if small children

    360: Fits 3 adults comfortably from the waist up, 3-4 if small children

  • Do you offer prints?

    No, all photos are digital — sent instantly via email, text, QR code, or AirDrop. A reliable Wi-Fi connection is recommended, as the sharing speed may vary.

  • Is there a minimum booking time?

    Yes, there is a 2-hour minimum required to book any of our photo booth services.

    *While we’ve occasionally accommodated shorter events (such as 1.5 hours), they are still billed at the full 2-hour rate.

  • What is included in the basic BeYOU package?

    Two hours of service starting at $400, Unlimited digital photos, Instant digital downloads, On-site attendants for guest assistance, Assorted themed props, Delivery, setup, and breakdown included, Eco-friendly power station (no outlets required), Custom Border or Logo Placement, Custom stand-by lighting around machine face, Custom Online gallery

  • How much space does the BeYOU booth need?

    Minimum: 8x8 ft

    Ideal: 10x10 ft

    Outdoor setups must be covered in case of rain; a minimum height of 8 ft is required (10 ft preferred).

  • How much space does the 360 need?

    Minimum: 10x10 ft

  • How many hours of photo booth time are included?

    Hours are based on the package you choose (2, 3, or 4 hours). Time begins when the booth officially opens for guests.

    Need more time? We’re happy to customize your package.

  • Are there any extra costs?

    Our basic package covers everything you need for a great photo booth experience. If you’d like to add extra features or upgrades, we have several options available for an additional fee. Extra time beyond the contracted hours is also available at an added cost.

  • What is the overtime rate?

    BeYOU Booth: $200/hour beyond your scheduled time.

    360 Booth: $350/hour beyond your scheduled time.

    *Subject to availability and must be paid in full before the extension begins.

  • What can the photo booth create?

    BeYOU Booth: Photos, Boomerangs (ultra-short loops that play forward and backward), Short Videos, GIFs (photos that loop continuously, no audio).

    360 Booth: Short Videos with Boomerangs

  • Can I customize photos with logos or event names?

    Yes, we design overlays to match your event’s theme and colors.

  • What are assorted themed props?

    A fun assortment of high-quality props is provided for guests and can be themed upon request.

    Assorted props may include sunglasses or signs - selection varies by event.

    Customized props are also available for an additional cost.

  • What happens if paper or ink runs out?

    Not applicable — the booth is fully digital.

  • Do you need power or Wi-Fi?

    Power: No (uses an eco-friendly power station)

    Wi-Fi: Recommended for instant sharing, but not required.
